Hey Guys,

Its been a few Years since the becoming of the Blog's Orignal Post, although its been a hairy trip as you can see above. Today was worth the review because my Doctor said about 10000 island ranch that there's about that in caleries to be had with it and i had some with Blue Cheese on a sandwich that came with a side salad and i'm exited to share with Frands how this all works:

Sense the 2013 year, i've had cups and downs, but happy to tell the blolg communety that i'm Employed and happy to say its goin Great. I try to eat most stuff with brad (for sandwichs) beaucse i use the olymptical that which is in turn based on the fact that carbohydates are Fuel for the Body.

i enjoy sandiwhces the most because the are the physical food peeramid of all the food groups with Crabs (bread) for fuel on the bottom and the top, red sauche on the sencond top, and high Proten context for the maine core of the meat sandwhich. if we all work together we can make World Piece

Their is plenty to be exited about with the Blog frans and i am a cutely awear of the Appearance of not posting becuase there hasn't been Blogs for Frans posted in several years in the past few years. The DOctor (jeff) has said to stop eating what I in-joy the Most for the sake of the Heart and Diabtees and wait loss among inceasing excerptsize for the sake of the Heart. All and all, i say i eat what i want lol and you guys will no it
